Jalandhar 13 February (Jaswinder Azad)- World Radio Day is an observance day held annually on 13 February. World Radio Day is about celebrating about radio’s importance in our daily life, why we love it and why we need it today more than ever. In the assembly students were told about the importance of Radio in our daily life as it is one of the oldest & cheapest means of mass communication. Students did various activities to commemorate this day. Students did drawings & explianed about the advantages & disadvantages of radio. The school chairman Mr J.K. Gupta, Director Ms. Seema Handa, manager Ms. Sapna Bakshi & Principal Ms. Dimpal Sharma said that it is a day to remember the unique power of radio to touch lives and bring people together across every corner of the globe.
