More than 130 students of B.Tech (CSE/ECE)/B.Pharma/B.Sc (MLS)/ B.Sc (Bio-Tech) /BCA /BBA /B.Com /B.Sc (IT) /BA 2017 passing out batch appeared
Jalandhar 23 March (Jaswinder Azad)- CT Group of Institutions organized On Campus Placement Drive of Genpact at its CT Shahpur Campus for B.Tech (CSE/ECE)/B.Pharma/B.Sc (MLS)/ B.Sc (Bio-Tech) /BCA /BBA /B.Com /B.Sc (IT) /BA 2017 passing out batch students in which nearly 130 students appeared. The participated students were 130 and after Group Discussion round 20 students were shortlisted and after last written round 13 students got offer letters by the company officials’ for the profile of Banking & Financial Services, Life Sciences and Voice (Customer Services (Semi-Technical/Collections) on the annual package of Rs. 1.8 lakhs per annum.
HR Officials from Genpact, Mr. Charanjit Singh and Ms. Ishita Dua conducted the placement drive. The company officials informed the students about their company as Genpact is a global business process management and services and IT corporation with key offices in New York City, United States. It’s listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol G. In 2015, the company reported net revenues of US$2.46 billion with more than 70,000 employees in 25 countries. Mr. Charanjit Singh (HR, Genpact) said, “Genpact has a few hundred clients, including approximately one-fifth of the Fortune Global 500.” The officials appreciated the performance and approach of the students of CT Institutions those always come up with great confidence and caliber in their respective fields.
One of the selected students, Karuna Gupta (B.Com Prof., CT Institute of Higher Studies) said, “We are very happy to witness number of placement drives at our campus. We appreciate the effort of our institutions for conducting such drives as it serves an opportunity for us to perform and showcase our skills before the company officials for getting job.”
