Jalandhar 28 March (Jaswinder Azad)- The Giddha team of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya has added one more feather in the cap. The Giddha team participated in the Inter University Cultural folk Songs competition ‘Vehra Shagna Da’ held at Mata Sundri College for Women, University of Delhi. The team won a cash prize of R.18000/-. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen congratulated Dean Youth Welfare Mrs. Navroop, Incharge Giddha team Dr. Ashmeen Kaur and the team members. Principal Dr. Sareen told that team member Ms. Harmanpreet Kaur was adjudged the best performer and was given a cash prize of Rs.3000/-. Dean Youth Welfare Mrs. Navroop said that our team represented Guru Nanak Dev University in this Inter University Cultural competition. Dean Youth Welfare Dr. Jagjit Kaur also congratulated the team members.
