Jalandhar 6 April (Gurkirat Singh)- The Department of Home Science of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar organized an enlightening visit to Moti Mahal Deluxe, a famous restaurant of Jalandhar. A group of 30 students of Basic Cooking and Catering Management and Home Science explored the minute details of preparing and presenting delicious and healthy meals. In this enterprise, students learnt about the culinary and professional skills required for the working and management of a restaurant. The trained chefs demonstrated and put light on the diverse Tandoori Chinese and Indian cuisines. Principal Dr. Sucharita applauded the determined efforts of Ms. Monika Anand and Ms. Aatma Singh from the Department of Home Science for giving an opportunity to the students to learn the basics of food habits.
