Jalandhar 19 May (Jaswinder Azad)- Department of Home Science of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Heritage Institution organized a 10 day Cookery Workshop. About 35 students of 10+1 and 10+2 from KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, Jalandhar were among the participants who attended this workshop. The resource person for this workshop was Ms. Sukhdeep Kaur. The Students learnt making different types of healthy dishes, snacks, salads, drinks, desserts etc. by using different types of Cookery methods. Ms. Neeti Kapoor demonstrated in detail the ways of table setting. All the participants were encouraged to cook new dishes. The Principal of KMV Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the efforts of the faculty for organizing this workshop.
