Jalandhar 3 May (Jaswinder Azad)- PG Department of Commerce and Business Administration under the aegis of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Heritage Institution, Jalandhar organized a Farewell Party ‘Bon Voyage Bash’ for the outgoing class students. Students of the final semester of B.Com, BBA, B.Voc and M.Com were given farewell by their faculty and immediate juniors. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi was the Chief Guest for the occasion. Students of both the outgoing class and the second year gave spectacular performances. Various games were also organized for the outgoing students which involved the audience as well and made the whole experience a thrilling one. To add further to the fun and frolic of the programme modeling show was also organized. From among the participants Ms. Aditi (BBA) and Ms. Pratibha (B.Com (R)) were endowed with the title of Ms. Charming while Ms. Shivani (BBA) and Ms. Charan (B.Voc) won the title of Ms. Elegant. Ms. Sasha (BBA) and Ms. Simranpreet (B.Com (P)) were selected as the ones with the ‘Best Attire’ Ms. Pritpal from (B.Com (P)) was titled as ‘Ms. Farewell’. From the Post Graduate classes Ms. Simran and Ms. Kamaljot were titled as Ms. Charming, Ms. Harkomal and Ms. Priya were crowned as Ms. Elegant. Ms. Rama and Ms. Manjot were selected for Best Attire and Ms. Sharanjeet Kaur was honoured with the title of ‘Ms. Farewell’.
Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi blessed the outgoing class and wishing them the brightest of the futures in their life ahead. She inspired them to be good human beings and also extend a helping hand to the needy always. She motivated them to always remain focused, determined and carve a niche for themselves in the competitive world. The students in reciprocation thanked Madam Principal and the faculty for constantly endeavouring for the holistic development of their personalities. It was a wonderful experience for one and all.
