Guru Nanak Pura Welfare Society organizes Medica Camp on June 17, 2017

  • The camp to be organised with the support of Health Department
  • Tri-Cycle and Walking sticks will be given to the needy people
Jalandhar 15 June (Gurkirat Singh)- Guru Nanak Welfare Society in collaboration with Health Department is organizing Medical Camp on June 17, 2016 at Dr. Surjit Clinic, Bharat Nagar, Main Market. Doctors will provide selfless service in various specialties such as dental checkup, General Health Checkup & Dietitian. The medicines, Tri-cycle and Walking sticks will be distributed to the needy people at the medical camp. The camp will be inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner of Jalandhar Sh. Varinder Sharma. Mr. Pratik Mahendru (Cashier, Guru Nanak Pura Welfare Society) said that the objective of the camp is to solve the health issues of residents. The camp will have Women Specialist, Medicine and the specialists of Ear, Hair, Bones, Eyes and others. Besides there will be free HB test, Sugar test and Pregnancy test at the camp that will start from 9.00 A.M. onwards to 2.00 P.M. onwards. The member of the society, Sh. Lalit Mehta said that the abled-people are required to register themselves for the free Tri-cycle and wheel chair by Friday (June 16, 2017) till 12.00 P.M. For registration, the volunteers and needy person can register at 98885-41545 and 92165-60491. Sh. Jatinder Singh Bhatti, Sh. Sandeep Sharma, Sh. Davinder Kahiya,  Sh. Gurpreet Singh Parmar, Dr. Surjit Raja and  Mr. Ashish Dhal were also present.
