More than 250 students from different institutions of CT Group participated
Jalandhar 7 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Giving students a platform to exhibit their talent, CT Group of Institutions organized a cultural CT Talent Fiesta-17 in the premises of Sardarni Manjit Kaur Auditorium, Shahpur Campus. The prime objective of this event was to give a unique platform to the students of CT group for showcasing their talent. In this event more than 300 Students participated in various events of Music, dance, Literary, Fine arts and Theatre. The students from various cultures and countries performed on the stage and gave a glimpse of breathtaking performances.
The event was inaugurated by S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group), Mrs. Parminder Kaur Channi (Co-Chairperson, CT Group), Mr. Manbir Singh (Managing Director, CT Group), Mr. Harpreet Singh (Vice Chairman, CT Group) and Dr. G.S. Kalra (Campus Director, CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus) by lighting the pious lamp.
Mr. Manbir Singh (Managing Director, CT Group) emphasized on the overall development of the students, he highlighted that the CT Group always seeks to strike a balance between academic and co-curricular activities for the students. He also advised the students to lay stress on dedication and discipline and polish their talent. He informed that the fiesta has its prelim round in which more than 800 students registered and performed. Based on their performance 250 students were selected for the finale and the winners were honored at the event.
S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group) said that such events boost the confidence of the students and encourage them to come forward. The guidance of the teachers further sharpens their inborn talents. These programmes are organized from time to time in order to unravel the creative talent of the young students.
