Jalandhar 15 February (Gurkirat Singh)- Today, 15th Feb (Thursday), Trinity College Jalandhar, started its15th annual Sports and cultural competition.The Trinity Sports and the Cultural Bonanza competition will continue from 15 Feb to 17 Feb. Rev. Fr.Peter the Director of the College enhanced the sportsman spirit of the students on the very first day of the Trinity Sports and Cultural Competition .Besides, the officiating principal Ajay Prashar, Rev. Fr. Johnson, Rev Fr. Jibbin, Prof. Karanveer, Prof, Baljit Kaur, Prof, Puja Gaba, Prof. Nidhi Sharma, Prof, Jessy Jullian, Prof, Malkiat Singh, Prof, Ashok Kumar, Prof, Suresh Lokhande, Prof. Navdeep Singh were present . In this competition on the first day Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Table-Tennis and the chess competition were held. All the players participated very enthusiastically in the competition. The BA/BSc volleyball team bagged the first prize. In Football (M/W) the BCA/Commerce teams won the first position. In cricket (M/W) BA/BSc. Teams stood first. In chess (M/W) BCA/Commerce teams became the winners. Tomorrow the Cultural Events Competition will be held.
