Jalandhar 2 March (Jaswinder Azad)- Staff and students at Lyallpur Khalsa College Jalandhar today celebrated the festival of colors, Holi in the college campus. Celebrated as per the prevalent tradition the event included colors along with folk presentations by the students and staff of the College Music Department. Speaking on the occasion, the College Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra said that it was the need of the hour to preserve our rich cultural heritage and to make young generation aware of it. He stressed that such events should be used to spread happiness and warmth among the society. The occasion was held in the presence of the entire college staff and students.
