Jalandhar 8 March (Jaswinder Azad)- International Women’s Day was celebrated in PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar echoing the theme for 2018 Press-for-progress. Dedicated to womanhood, a lecture was arranged for the faculty. Dr. Gaganjot Kaur, Panecea Women and Heart Care Centre emphasized the importance of women health. safety and security. She suggested ways and means whereby a woman could stay healthy and keep her own healthy and happy. Regular health tests, proper diet and fitness exercise were stressed.
