Jalandhar 11 March (Gurkirat Singh)- Km. Bandana, a student of B.A. Sem. VI of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya won First prize in National Gazal Gayan competition organized by All India Radio. She was honoured during a ceremony at Lucknow by All India Radio. Head of Music Vocal department Dr. Prem Sagar said that Km. Bandana was preparing for this competition under guidance of Mr. Parduman, faculty member of the department. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen told that by winning this competition, Km. Bandana has also become an approved artist of All India Radio. She congratulated her and the department and prayed to Almighty for her better future.
