Jalandhar 19 April (Jaswinder Azad)- Lyallpur Khalsa College saw another feather added to its already glorious crown when three students from the Music Department of the college were selected for Musical Appointments in 5-Star hotels of Doha Qatar. Prof. Sukhdev Singh Head, Department of Music informed that Ramandeep Singh (Singer), Harmail Singh Honey (Guitarist) and Suraj Kumar (Drum Artist) were selected for an annual package of 10 Lakh per head too work as Music Artists in 5-Star hotels of Doha Qatar. The aforementioned students have already earned laurels for themselves and for the college in University Youth Festivals and other cultural events in the region. Sardarni Balbir Kaur, President, College Governing Council and Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra along with Prof. Sukhdev Singh congratulated the students on this momentous occasion. The students attributed this occasion to the encouragement and unwavering backing provided by Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra. Prof. Daljit Singh and Prof. Pavittar Singh from the Department of Music were also present on this occasion.
