Jalandhar 21 April (Jaswinder Azad)- With the completion of another academic session, Apeejay College of Fine Arts bids farewell to the outgoing students with all pomp and glory. The second year students Ria Sharma and Gehna Kundra opened the event with their welcome speech and reminiscing their nostalgic moments they have spent together and thanking them for being there with them and making their stay at Apeejay more memorable. On the behalf of the third year students’, head boy-Ashutosh Chimbar and head girl-Divya Uppal shared their feelings and emotions and thanked their juniors for such a warm and soft adieu and shared their journey of college and thanked madam Principal for bounding all the different flavours of college together and helping them to make what they are today.
On this occasion, Principal Dr. Sucharita blessed the students and added that this is the moment when one is full of ecstasy in the anticipation of future and nostalgic thinking of the past bonds and routine that is going to change now. She asked the students not only to achieve materialistic success but also become such a person which society will remember and they could stand out in a crowd.
On this event, the students from Department of Dance performed a fusion of different forms of dances and a mesmerizing musical performance was given by the students from the Department of Music. Various games were played with them to add fun in the event and for the outgoing students a modeling round was also organized amongst whom following bagged the titles:

Miss Apeejay : Charu Verma, B.Com. Sem. VI
Miss Elegant : Ms. Jaganjot, M.A. (English) Sem. IV
Cynosure : Ms. Antarpreet, B.D. (Fashion) Sem. VIII
