CTIHM attempts Limca Book of Records by cooking 300 different types of pastas in 10 minutes

Jalandhar 3 April (Jaswinder Azad)- The record for the 300 different types of pastas has been attempted by the students of CT Institute of Hotel Management under the patronage of CT Group of Institutions and Limca Book of Records. CT Institute of Hotel Management organized a mega Record Making Event, the event was to set up the landmark by preparing 300 different types of pastas. 
In this event, 300 different types of nutritious and healthy pastas were prepared by 100 students of CTIHM under the supervision of food experts from the industry with in a time span of 10 minutes, wherein all the quality products of Cremica were used. The ingredients used were bacon ham cheese, herbs, different spices condiments, and vegetables like broccoli, bell peppers, carrot, capsicum, thyme, basil, parsley, different sea food like fish, prawns, calamari mussels, lobsters and more.
On this occasion Dr. Bharat Kapoor, Director, CTIHM informed that the event was basically a live preparation of 300 different types of pastas in which the crowd including students and food lovers learned and seek the knowledge of preparing healthy pastas. They tasted it and enjoyed the event a lot.
Mr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT Group of Institutions said, “I really liked the concept of live preparation of food. This effort not only teaches the healthy way to prepare food to the society, food lovers and students but at the same time, it engrossed their interest towards the cooking. We have sent our name for Limca Book Records for preparing state’s 300 different types of pastas. I am happy that our institutions are working for the society. We always try to come up with something different and interesting but constructive to accomplish our Corporate Social Responsibilities.” This is the third record-making initiative following 100ft Longest Sandwich last year.  The event was held in partnership with Cremica.
