Sapna & Rohini scores 96.75%, bags first University positions in B.Ed exams
Jalandhar 4 June (Jaswinder Azad)- Maintaining the tradition of excellence in education, students of B.Ed. and M.Ed. in CT College of Education brought laurels in Semester I and Semester III University examination which were held in December 2017. The students have proved their mettle in the University Examination by securing positions in University Merit List. Two students named Rohini and Sapna have bagged 1st University position by scoring 96.75% marks in B.Ed Semester 3. One student named Heena stood 6th by scoring 95.5% marks in B.Ed. semester III and another student Harpreet Kaur of B.Ed. semester I got 6th position by scoring 75.36% in university merit list.
To add cherry on the top, one student named Chandni of M.Ed. Semester I got 2nd position with 76.8% marks in University merit list. Out of 95 students who appeared in B.Ed. semester III exams, 73 passed with distinction and 24 students got marks more than 70%. Likewise 12 students out of 18 in M.Ed. semester III got marks more than 70%. Similarly, 9 students of B.Ed. semester I and 3 students of M.Ed. Semester I got marks above 70%. Also, in continuity to this, 11 B.Ed. students qualified PSTET held on February 18, 2018. Mr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director congratulated the toppers and wished them a good luck for future.
