Jalandhar 23 May (Jaswinder Azad)- For the students of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, 6 days “Finishing School” was started at the college. This Finishing School was started under the able guidance of Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen. More than 100 students are participating in the Finishing School. These students included students from outside the HMV Collegiate School. The programme was started with lighting of lamp by Officiating Principal Prof. (Mrs.) Renuka Bhatti. While addressing the students, she said that these kind of workshops help the students in their overall development. She encourages the students to take part in this programme with full enthusiasm. On the first day of Finishing School, Mr. Aftaab from Firing Shooj Dancing Academy taught the students some steps of Zumba and Masala Bhangra. Students enjoyed this session very much. During this programme, Incharge of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School - Mrs. Sunita Dhawan, Incharge-Finishing School - Dr. Anjana Bhatia, Co-Incharge Dr. Nidhi Kochhar & other teachers were also present.
