Jalandhar 26 August (Jaswinder Azad)- The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology sponsored the Digital India Workshop where In the 2 nd phase of the workshop Skit and poster making competition were held at the Guru Nanak Dev University where many colleges took part and the NSS volunteers from Dav college Jalandhar also took part including Gurpreet Kaur, Shubham , Simranjeet stood first in poster making and Gurkirat, Gaurav , Mukul , Himalaya Pakash , Rahul Jain , Deepak Verma , Ananya Kaura stood 2nd in the skit competition. Everyone was honoured with a certificate and a trophy by the Government of India. Principal Dr B B Sharma congratulated the volunteers and inspired then to keep soaring high and motivated everyone to be an integral part of the Digital India Scheme. At the event Prof S K Middha (NSS coordinator) and prof Rajan Sharma were present.
