Jalandhar 26 September (Jaswinder Azad)- To promote Classical Indian Music, a special programme Sangeet Milan was organised by Classical Voice of India, a Lucknow based body for Classical Music. On this occasion competitions were held in categories of Classical Music. Lovepreet Singh and Deep Singh of the college won second positions in Classical Vocal and Tabla respectively. Speaking on the occasion the college Principal Dr. G.S. Samra said that such events were highly useful for the students and also for the society as they promoted cultural awareness. The occasion witnessed the presence of the College dean cultural activities Dr. Rashpal Singh Sandhu, Prof. Sukhdev Singh, Prof. Pavittar Pal and Daljit Singh of the college Music Department.
