Jalandhar 11 September (Jaswinder Azad)- The Department of Fine Arts of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar organized a Guest Lecture on “Aesthetics and Appreciation of Arts” and the students were enlightened by the eminent Dr. Saroj Rani from Punjabi University Patiala as the Resource Person. The students of MA (Fine Arts), BFA (Applied Art) and BD (Foundation) learnt a great deal of innovations in the field of Arts. The resource person threw an ample light on various spheres of Arts like Rasa and Rasika, Art and Craft, Creative Process, Subjective and Objective Approach is Art, Art and Society, Sublimation in Art etc.
Principal Dr. Sucharita highly appreciated the efforts of Department of Fine Arts for polishing the skills students with basics of Arts by their interaction with the experts subject. She said the sharing of knowledge by such great personalities always proves to be fruitful for the career of students.
