Jalandhar 24 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- The Heritage Institution, Jalandhar’s Department of Fine Arts organized a two-day workshop on Oil Colour Paintings. Five renowned artists acted as resource person for the same, they were Prof. Bharti, Jaspreeet Khurana, Naveen Kumar, Shivangi Gupta and Manpreet Kaur. The artists exhibited the oil painting medium in their own signature style and students learnt a variety of ways of expression through the same medium. Large number of students attended and benefitted from the workshop. It was basically two day joyous journey into the realm of innovation and creativity for all who participated. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated all who had attended the workshop. She thanked the resource persons for gracing the occasion with their in valuable inputs and also for having spared precious time from their busy schedules. She lauded the efforts of the faculty Mr. Yogeshwar Hans and Ms. Rekha Sharma for having organized such a fruitful workshop.
