Chandigarh 22 September (Baljit Rai)- Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Social Welfare Society Sector 45, Burail, U.T., Chandigarh has protest towards the killings of Indian Army Soldiers in Uri, Kashmir by taking candle march procession from the society office towards the chowk sector 44 and Sector 45 , Chandigarh. In this procession 100 persons have participated in the program including children, general public and society office bearers Pawan Kumar Chauhan, Rameshwar Dass, Lekh Raj, Ashok Kumar, Karuna Shanker Dwivedi, Jasvir Singh and Madam Veena Dhingra . The members of the Society demands to Govt. of India for taking necessary proceedings against the culprits. The candle march was processed peacefully by raising slogans “VEER JAWAN AMAR RAHE”, BHARAT MATA KI JAI and “LADTE JAWAN ZINDABAD”.
