Jalandhar 1 October (Jaswinder Azad)- Department of Home Science of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar organized a Workshop on Cake Icing and Cupcake Decoration. Ms. Ishani Talwar, Cake Artist and Entrepreneur as well as an alumni of the College demonstrated the artistic skills of cake icing and cupcake decoration as the resource person. She has been a participant of Master Chef India Competition aired on Star Plus. Her skills in baking icing were largely appreciated by the renowned chefs of the nation. Principal, Dr. Sucharita commended the efforts of Department of Home Science and said in this era, things appeal to the senses when they are presented beautifully. Such type of workshops, enlighten the students about professional skills of presentation.
