Jalandhar 2 October (Jaswinder Azad)- The Department of Physics of Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar organized a General Physics Quiz in the College. 6 students of the department participated in the oral quiz which comprised of 55 questions based on the subject. Audience members participated very enthusiastically and answered a number of questions. Tanya Arora and Sakshi bagged first prize and were awarded trophies. Simran and Mandeep bagged second prize followed by Gursimran and Parth who bagged third prize. The second and third prize winners were awarded certificates. Principal, Dr. Sucharita was the Chief Guest at the occasion. She appreciated the efforts of the Department of Physics and congratulated the prize winners. She opined that such quizes should be organized more frequently as they help in adding to the students existing store of subject knowledge.
