Jalandhar 25 October (Jaswinder Azad)- Innocent Hearts School - Green Model Town and Loharan observed World United Nation’s day. On this occasion, a Group Discussion was conducted on “Growing Need of Global Peace.”Students acting as delegates of different countries put forward their views on the topic. In addition a declamation contest was held with the topic “India’s growing Involvement in UN activities.” The best candidates were awarded certificates. An article writing competition was also held for class 10 where they expressed their idea on “The History of United Nations” and also on the need for peace globally. Most Students emphasized the need for cooperation among nations as only then this will be possible.
