Jalandhar 27 October (Jaswinder Azad)- The IK Gujral PTU Zonal Youth Festival was organized at LCET, Katani Kalan, Ludhiana on 16th,17th & 18th Oct, 2016. It has provided an unparalleled forum for the students to test their intellectual and artistic prowess. In fact, this youth festival has become the arena that regularly identifies the stars of the future. The student of Ramgarhia Institute of Engineering & Technology., Phagwara showed extra ordinary skills. They have won overall first position in music.
They have not let any stone unturned in bringing the glory for the institute. They have won 50 medals including 16 Gold, 11 silver and 13 bronze. The sheer will and dedication has helped RIET in searching the Pinnacle of success & glory. Students gave remarkable performances in the events like western Group song, Quiz Competition, Vaar singing, Folk songs & light vocal Indian.
The college students were specially honored for their outstanding contribution in winning the events. The honorable director of Ramgarhia Educational Institutions Dr. Vyoma Bhogal Dhatt and Honorable principal Dr. Naveen Dhillon congratulated the students and teachers-in charge of the respective teams for bringing the laurel for RIET.
