Jalandhar 8 November (Jaswinder Azad)- Known for promoting Art and Culture, Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar celebrated ‘National Unity Week’ in the College from 31st October 2016 to 6th November 2016. On this occasion, the students of departments of Design and Fine Arts conveyed the message of ‘Unit’ through designing Caps, T-Shirts and Writing Slogans. The organized and United form of India that is discernible today is attributed to the ‘Iron Man’ only as he was the one who held India United in the face of crisis. Principal Dr. Sucharita, remarked that such events not only acquaint the youngsters with the great men of the nation but also help them recognize the true worth of Freedom of the Nation. The participants of the designing of T-Shirts, Caps and Slogan Writing were also felicitated by the Principal.
