Jalandhar 6 February (Jaswinder Azad)- Encouraging Research & sharing at KMV-the Heritage Institution as a matter of routine. A recently example is Dr. Sharma from the PG Department of Physics. She was recently invited for her talk on glasses at International Conferences on Advances in Glass Science & Technology 2017 at Kolkata from 23rd January to 25th January. Twenty speakers from Germany, Spain, China, UK, Brazil, Japan, USA and India participated in the above mentioned conference. Among the speakers 12 where from a background & experience of international level. Dr. Gopi Sharma shared her findings on ‘Photoluminescence Studies of Rare Earth doped nanoglass ceramics’. She is at present conducting research on glass nano composites at KMV and has on her hand nationally as well as internationally corroborated research projects. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated Dr. Gopi Sharma and the faculty of PG Department of Physics for having been recognized at international level for the excellent standard of the work being done by them.
