Jalandhar 2 February (Jaswinder Azad)- Social Senstization Club of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar organised a talk on Oil and Gas Conservation under mass campaign Suksham 2017. The officials of Indian Oil Corporation Mr. Jasmer Singh, Deputy Manager, Ms Davinder Kaur, Assistant Manager and Ms Bhavna Garg sensitize the students of the college by giving live demonstration for lesser gas consumption. The purpose of the talk was to create awareness among students to reduce pollution, conserve resources and save environment. The function was presided by Sardarni Balbir Kaur, President Governing Council. While speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra appreciated the initiative taken by the IOC for the Oil and Gas Conservation Campaign. Quiz was also organized on conservation of natural resources and prizes were given to the students.
