Phagwara 21 March (Jaswinder Azad)- Under the guidance of honourable chairperson Mrs. Manpreet Kaur Bhogal (R.E.C),Dr. Vyoma Bhogal Dhatt (Director of R.E.C), Mrs. Ravneet Bhogal Kalra (Addl. Director), S. Bhupinder Singh Virdi (Executive member, R.E.C) and Sh. Mukesh Kant (Chief Accontant, R.E.C) the Distt. level youth festival held at Ramgarhia Polytechnic College, Phagwara on 18th March 2017 which was organized by Assistant Director Youth Services Punjab.
Various events performed in this youth festival in which Ramgarhia Polytechnic College,Phagwara got first position in Bhangra and Solo Dance competition. In Gidha competition G.N.B.L College,Phagwara got first position. In Folk Song and Monoacting Competition the students of R.I.E.T won the first position. The student of Ramgarhia Senior Secondary School got the first position in declamation competition.
There was also guest event Gatka which was performed by Raaj Karega Khalsa Group, Tanda
In this great event the principal S. Jasbir Singh Khasria,the HOD’s of different departments,S. Baljit Singh Ubhi, Sh. Varinder Kumar,Mrs. Rupinder Kaur, S. Jasvir Singh and Office Superintendent Sh. Raj Kumar Mahajan gave their heartiest congratulations to the NSS programe officers Sh. Anil Kumar and Sh. Bawa Chopra and the winners.
