Jalandhar 14 July (Gurkirat Singh)- An information oriented seminar 16:8:4:2 (16 types of teachers, 8 types of students, 4 types of parents and two types of non- teaching staff) was organised in the premises of G.M.T. Branch of IHS by Ratna Sagar co-ordinated under the knowledgeable resource person Mr. Surya, left an indelible mark on the hearts and heads of the teachers of Innocent Hearts School. The seminar carried the message that “No detail is too small, no effort too big ever.” Mr. Surya won over the staff with his ingenuity, gift of the gab and outstanding presentation. “Don’t criticize, condemn or complain,” was the underlying message of the seminar. The real definition of an educator, the role of parents in building up the personality of their kids and the real assessment of the aptitude of the children were the significant topics touched in the seminar. A self assessment test was also conducted for the teachers. Positive attitude is must to enhance the teaching skills. Teachers were taken to watch a movie “Mom” and get refreshed to face the challenging time ahead and had a great fun in Rangla Punjab.
