Jalandhar 24 July (Gurkirat Singh)- Lyallpur Khalsa College has kept up its wonderful run in the field of NCC apart from its other accomplishments in Academics, Sports and Cultural activities. As per the latest activity, Students from the college NCC Army Wing in co-operation with the 2-Punjab Battalion Jalandhar will be participating in the Annual Training Camp to be held at Sant Baba Bhag Singh Institute from 25th July to 3rd August 2017. Addressing the cadets at their departure, College Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra stressed the role of Army in the security set up of our country and the basis of which is laid down by the NCC service. He appreciated the NCC Service for inculcating the patriotic spirit among the youth. Prof. Manohar Singh, Dean Administration, Prof. JS Rana Department of Geography and Prof. Gagandeep Singh, In-charge NCC Army wing were also present on the occasion.
