K.M.V Organizes Seminar on Career Counseling

Jalandhar 29 August (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the heritage institution, Jalandhar P.G Dept of Commerce & Business Administration organized a seminar on 'career Counseling' in collaboration with Institute of chartered Accountants of India. Prominently present on the occasion were C.A. Pushpinder Kumar Duggal, Chairman, Chandigah Branch of NIRC Of ICAI and vice chairman, Chandigarh Branch of NIRC of ICAI C.A Mastan Singh. While Pushpinder Kumar Duggal stressed that need to define career goal as early as possible as one of the keys & success in achieving it, he also asked the students to prepare themselves well as per the requirements of their future profession. On the other hand the vice chairman extensively deliberated on the career avenues available to commerce students. He also explained in detail the various steps involved in the procedure to be followed by the students if they aspired to be a C.A. also present on the occasion was the Secretary Jalandhar Branch, C.A Chandan Narang who was of the opinion that right guidance in various areas of life, i.e. intellectual, moral, educational & career counseling. C.A Ragav Arora vice chairman, Jalandhar branch was another motivating factor. He highlighted the advantages of a career in commerce. Dr. Neeraj Maini Head, Department of Commerce  and Business Administration proposed a vote of thanks before the conclusion. Present for the Seminar Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the organizers for enhancing knowledge of the students regarding career options and helping the young minds to make the right decisioin regarding their future in today's highly competitive world.
