Jalandhar 26 September (Gurkirat Singh)- Students of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- the Heritage Institution, Jalandhar are fast registering their prominent presence in the world of beauty by winning prestigious titles in different beauty contests. Mrs. Robinpreet an alumna of KMV participated in Mrs. Punjab 2017 beauty contest held at Ludhiana and won the title of Mrs. Vivacious beauty. Another alumna of the college who is also a part of the teaching faculty Ms Barun Kaur Mann recently participated in the auditions of Miss World Punjaban 2017 and became the first runner's up in Jalandhar Distt.They both were congratulated by Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi who said that the beauty industry is a very respectable and organized sector in the present era and those who have the talent and taste for it can make their mark in the world of fame easily.
