CT Group conducts a workshop on bartending at Air Force Station Adampur

Hands-on experience provided on creating fresh, cool and refreshing mocktails and existing trends used in hospitality industry.
Jalandhar 21 October (Jaswinder Azad)- CT Institute of Hotel Management, Shahpur campus conducted a workshop on bartending at Air Force Station Adampur for their staff members. In the workshop more than 50 staff members of Air Force Station, Adampur participated. They have been taught about various techniques and methods of making mocktails. Hands-on experience provided on creating fresh, cool and refreshing mocktails and existing trends used in hospitality industry. Another session on dinning etiquettes was also conducted by experts from CTIHM. In this creative session experts from CTIHM crafted a mocktail menu inspired by their own creations. More than 30 types of mocktails prepared by CTIHM, few of them are: Homemade Ginger Ale, Herbal Mix, Tropical Punch, Virgin Punch, Dark Invader, Cherry Bomb Mocktail, Lemon Blueberry Colada and Cran-apple cider Mocktail. After attending the session their staff felt highly motivated and their management requested CT Group to organize these kinds of workshops more frequently.
S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group) appreciated the efforts of team CTIHM. Dr. Bharat Kapoor (Director, CTIHM) also shared some tips regarding making of innovative mocktails and dinning etiquettes with the staff of Air Force station Adampur.
