Jalandhar 5 October (Jaswinder Azad)- Prof. T.D. Saini took charge of DAV College as Vice Principal on Wednesday. Prof. T D Saini is also the head of Physics Department. Along with this, he is also Professor Incharge of Electricity of the college. Prior to taking over as Vice Principal, he has been "Dean Hospitality of College" and "Dean of Examination". Not only that, he has also been the Chief Warden of the college hostel and Registrar of college. Speaking about the responsibilities given in the college while handling his office, he said that since 2011 he has been the Head of the Department of the Physics Department. He said that even before that, he had handled the responsibility of the college on behalf of the Chief Warden, Registrar of College, Dean of Hospitality, and during this time he had done something very new in his life and learned new. He said that whatever I am today and the identity I gained are all the benefaction of DAV College. I am proud that I am part of this great DAV family.
Prof T. D. Saini further said that I have always been always willing to contribute to the students to increase their focus on their career so that students can also establish a new dimension of success in their life and in the success of the country and make their priceless contribution. As an excellent teacher motivating the students to get them out of the books and to become qualitative has been his basic principle. He said that we should be able to put our lifestyles in positive shape in every situation, only then we can grasp every opportunity in the future. In the context of the students, Prof. Saini said that DAV is an appropriate place to acquire and develop knowledge and talent. I have this instance and belief for the students that they will continue to keep themselves from control, study and new technical qualities. He motivated the students to bring stability to life, so that they can achieve a status in the future. Dr. S.K. Arora, Principal, DAV College and senior Vice Principal Prof V K Sareen welcomed Prof. TD Saini as the new Vice Principal and wished that all under his guidance everyone would move forward.
