There will be more Job Fairs for Students of Himachal Pardesh: Manhar Arora
Jalandhar 17 February (Jaswinder Azad)- Himachal Job Fair organized by St. Soldier Group of Institutions in Goswami Ganesh Dutt College Rajpur, Palampure, Palampur, has been a great success both for students and companies participated. More than 3000 students from all the regions of Himachal Pardesh took part. Job Fair was inaugurated by Santosh Patial, Superintendent of Police, Kangra along with Prof. Manhar Arora Managing Director, St. Soldier Group of Institutions in the presence of Sanjiv Erry, Director Corporate Relations, Haravtar Singh, Director Counseling, Sanjay Rangra, Roop Lal , Deepak Sharma and Anurag Thakur Placement Officers.
While speaking at the occasion; Santosh Patial told that this is a great opportunity for the passed out students as well as for final year students of Himachal Pardesh to get Jobs in big companies. He appreciated the initiative of St. Soldier Group of Institutions for arranging the placement activities in Palampur.
Prof. Manhar Arora Managing Director said “The St. Soldier Group of Institutions working with an aim to provide better future for all the students. As St. Soldier Group of Institutions has trusted by many Industries and Multinational companies; we always strive to provide job options to every student, may be studying in St. Soldier Group of Institutions or any other reputed colleges and Universities. He also mentioned that during the said recruitment and selection process the applicants have realized their strengths and shortcomings which could be improved upon”. Prof. Manhar, said “every effort will be made to provide placements opportunities for the students of Himachal Pardesh and there would be many more Himachal Job Fairs in future”.
It was the significant employment event when more than ten good companies like Vivo Mobile, Tech Mahindra, Policy Bazaar, IndusInd Bank, Videocon, PayTm, Metlife Reliance, Synergy and many others have come at one place and offered several jobs to the aspiring professionals. It was jubilant phase for more than 250 students who have been given chance of employment. The students those have completed their graduation or those are into their final year of studies availed the opportunity for the job process. They said this was a great experience for them where they have option to choose from many companies as well as select the sector in which they want to make their career. Participants were satisfied and shown happiness.
