Jalandhar 26 April (Jaswinder Azad)- The P.G. Department of Economics, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar organized a farewell party for the outgoing students of M.A. Economics. Students performed various items like Dance, Skit, modeling, poem etc. The chief guest of the event was the college Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra who giving his best wishes to the students, urged them to work for the betterment of society. The Head of the Department Prof. Navdeep Kaur welcomed the Principal, other guests and students. Avinash Kumar Adarsh and Preeti were adjudged as Mr. Farewell and Miss Farewell, Gurwinder Kaur was adjudged as Miss Personality, Lovina was adjudged Miss charming and Manpreet Kaur adjudged as Best Outfit. Dr. S.S. Bains and other staff members of Economics department were also present on this occasion.
