Jalandhar 12 April (Jaswinder Azad)- Under the able guidance of Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen, students of HMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School participated in 12th National Biotechnology Olympiad organized by Eduheal Foundation, New Delhi. Mehak of SSC I Medical bagged 5th position at International level. Earlier she bagged 4th position at National level and first position at state level and got gold medal. Kulwinder Kaur received silver medal by scoring second position at state level and Km. Nitika Arora got bronze medal by scoring third position at state level. All the participants were given certificates. Principal Prof. Dr. (Mrs.) Ajay Sareen admired the hard work and diligence of the students. Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Syal apprised that such type of competitions are organized in school to provide platform to the students for national exposure. Dr. Seema Marwaha, Head of Zoology Deptt., Dr. Meena Sharma, Head of Botany Deptt. and Ms. Avantika encouraged the students to continue the competitive spirit.
