Jalandhar 21 April (Jaswinder Azad)- Innocent Hearts School GMT, Loharan, CJR & Royal World Pathankot Road celebrated ‘Earth Day’ to demonstrate support for environmental protection. Many activities were organized to spread the message of preserving ‘Mother Earth’ with love & respect. Students from classes IV & V planted trees that echoed the message of ‘Grow More Trees’. ‘Nature Drive’ event was held in the Nursery wing of innokids. Young kids of KG-I & KG-II displayed various activities to protect the Earth. Children hailing from classes I to III attended a special assembly with the theme of ‘Environmental Protection’. Students of std. VII carried the placards depicting the slogans of ‘Save Earth & Save Water’. All the children gave a word that they will protect and preserve Mother Earth religiously. Director Principal Mr. Dheeraj Banati enlightened all about the significance of planting trees and motivated the children to grow more and more trees and make it a ritual to plant trees on the occasion of their birth days.
