HMV takes a step forward in skill enhancement

Jalandhar 15 May (Jaswinder Azad)- HMV Finishing School was inaugurated at Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya, a pioneer institute dedicated to the cause of women empowerment for more than 90 years and well acknowledged for its exclusive enterprise. The highlight of the camp is that it is meant to impart skill based projects to students with hands on training on various aspects of life skills at a very minimal cost.  Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen congratulated the students on joining the finishing and wished them a pleasant and gainful learning experience.  On the first day, the students attended official and formal makeup session. Ms Tanishq from +1 Arts acted as model for makeup session. During the 10 day finishing school, students will learn numerous innovative things in the area of fashion designing, cooking, cosmetology, home science, screen printing, block printing, fitness and well-being, stitching, moral education, gift wrapping, RJ & Anchoring bouquet making, dance and music, graphic animation etc. School Coordinator Mrs. Meenakshi Sayal said that students of HMV Collegiate School are very enthusiastically taking part in this unique project. Dr Anjana Bhatia, Incharge, HMV Finishing School said that those who are not students of the college are also welcome for the above courses. It is open to homemakers and professionals as well.
