Jalandhar 19 July (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Heritage & Autonomous Institution, Jalandhar's students of History Hons. semester 5th fetched laurels to the institution by bagging top university positions in the results declared by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Gagandeep Ralh stood first in the university with 607/800 marks. Rajwant Kaur got second position with 576/800 marks. Sukhwinder Kaur and Navjot Kaur of same class secured fourth and fifth positions respectively with 549/800 and 545/800 marks. The Principal of the college, Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students for this outstanding success and lauded the efforts of Department of History.
