Jalandhar 3 August (Jaswinder Azad)- Social Sensitisation Club of Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar organised on Extension lecture. The main resource person Dr. Raman Chawla, an eminent intervention cardologist made the audience aware about prevention and management of cardiovascular diseases. Principal Dr. Gurpinder Singh Samra also felt such awareness a necessary issue due to change in life style of masses. Dr. Chawla was formally welcomed by Dr. G.S. Samra and convenor Social Sensitisation Club Prof. Amita Shahid. Dr. Raman Chawla was introduced by Dr. Geetanjali Moudgil and audience congrulated him for excelling as independent operator in the field of intervention cardiology. On this occasion members of NGO Nayi Disha were also present.Large number of faculty members and students attended this extension lecture.
