Students of New Image Institute enthrall the audience
Jalandhar 17 August (Jaswinder Azad)- With colors of joy, zeal and zest, New Image Institute organized its Youth Fest 2018 where students from different departments and branches of the Institute participated and enthralled the audience with their performances. The event was started with lamp lighting ceremony by the guests following with group dance, singing solo dance, fold dance and bhangra. The centre of the attraction was the fashion show where students of fashion designing presented their costumes in an amazing and professional way.
The event was graced by Mr. Sushil Rinku, MLA,West Jalandhar, Mr. Balraj Singh Khehra, Winner of Roadies X4 and Mr. Punjab, Ms. Sonia Virdi, Ms. Rashmi Aggarwal, Ms. Khushi Saini, Ms. Aarti along with dignitaries of New Image Institute Ms. Pooja Singh, Managing Director, Aamisha Singh, Mr. J.B. Kataria, Chairman, Ms. Vimi Kataria, Harsh Kataria and Sanah Kataria.
Sufi sisters of Punjab also enthralled with their unique talent of singing in 31 languages which created an air joy and made event more amazing. On this occasion, free food and basic items were distributed amongst 55 needy families under an NGO New Image Jeevan Sahara which was initiated last year aiming at helping needy people with basic yet necessary items for survival.
Ms. Pooja Singh, Managing Director said, “The aim behind organizing this event has always been to connect all the students of departments and other branches.” The occasion became more auspicious as New Image Jeevan Sahara distributed free food and basic items to the needy people, she added.
