Jalandhar 7 August (Jaswinder Azad)- As crime against women is increasing day by day, Innocent Hearts group of Institutions have taken an initiative to train the students for the self- defense program and invited Mr Vicky Deol in its Loharan campus. Mr. Deol has made number of world records in Maximum Thumb Pushups, his name is registered in Limca Book of Records, Golden Book of world record, Asia book of record, India book of record. Mr. Deol taught various kicks, punches and strokes. Mr Deol said person can save himself/herself with different factors which are further expressed in the form of percentages i.e it takes 50% awareness about situation which a person required to have, 20% common sense so you can tackle the situation, 25% knowledge of self defense and 5 % goes to situation in which you are stuck in. The students enjoyed the session with full zeal and enthusiasm.
