Jalandhar 16 August (Jaswinder Azad)- A wide range of activities were organised at Innocent Hearts School- Green Model Town, Loharan and Cantt. Jandiala Road during Independence Week Celebration. An activity “Mera Adarsh Mera National Hero” was organised for class III where students came as dressed up as their favourite freedom fighter. The children of class IV made collage in “Savior of Our Mother Land.”The theme for class V was “My India My Pride”. Slogan writing was for the children of class VI. Speech Delivery Competition was organised for the students of Class IX. The students selected and delivered the renowned speeches of Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Malalla, and Subhash Chander Bose etc. An Inter House Debate Competition was organised for the children of class X which was based on the theme “Is Indian Woman Free in Independent Country”?The certificates were given to the winners. The Director Principal of the school- Mr. Dheeraj Banati motivated the all the participants.
