Jalandhar 20 September (Jaswinder Azad)- Kanya Maha Vidyalaya- The Heritage Institution, Jalandhar where nurturing the spirit of excellence through healthy competition is a routine matter it is no surprise that seventeen students of 10+1 and 10+2 of KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School appeared qualified first level National Cyber Olympiad (NCO). They were all awarded with certificate of merit in recognition of excellent performance in the competition and placed among top 50 students in Punjab & Chandigarh Zone. However four of them i.e. Sadhana Sargam, Harpreet Kaur, Harmanjit and Parneet Kaur were also awarded certificate of the value of Rs. 1000/- each along with their certificate of merit. They were among the top 25 students of Punjab & Chandigarh Zone. These competitive exams create & promote the ability to think & learn more than first the prescribed syllabus and plan future through regular qualitative & quantitative assessment at the national level. It will help the nation to build a scientifically oriented IT talent pool of the young generation and its benefit will be innumerable. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the achievers on this spectacular achievement she was confident about many more achievements from the bright & promising group. She congratulated Dr. Neetu Chopra, co-ordinator of National Examination & Ms. Rajni Marwaha the subject teacher.
