Jalandhar 7 October (Jaswinder Azad)- The pre-primary wing of Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar celebrated ‘Save Aquatic Animals And Save Birds’ week in the school campus. With the assistance of teachers, the young Apeejayites learnt how to make aquarium and different type of nests. The children were also motivated to take good care of animals and birds. The Headmistress of the school Mrs. Arshiya badalia encouraged the children to plant more trees for the birds to make nests. Further it was suggested that we should keep rivers and ponds clean by not throwing garbage in them.
