2. POLICE RTI REPORT: NO laboratory test reports provided by HINDWARE in period of 8 months.
3. CONSUMER COURT: UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE selling 473 airflow PACIFIC MODEL as 820 airflow. Higher the airflow higher the price. No evidence provided in period of 10 months.
4. DEARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS: it is right of consumers to know about the standard quality, quantity and potency of product purchased. Violation of consumer rights not providing certification.
5. CHINA MANUFACTURER CERTIFACTES with 180 watt motor 850 airflow certification attached.
6. ASCI facebook page complaint to police so given on 10/10/2016 now with ACP crime. Summon issued 17/10/2016, but nobody came with certifications .

DEMANDS FROM HINDWARE TO DISCLOSE THIS FRAUD WITH CONSUMERS
1. Laboratory test reports of all chimney models.
2. Performa invoice of CHINA manufacturers and CE certificate.
3. Pre-shipment inspection report.
- IF BIG BRANDS WILL DO ALL SUCH FRAUDS, THEN THIS WILL BOOST OTHER SMALL BRANDS TO DO THE SAME . TILL DATE UNABLE TO PRODUCE CERTIFICATIONS IN ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DEPARTMENTS, IS COMMITING THEIR FRAUD.
- WE HAVE SENT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA, BABA RAMDEV, SWADESHI JAGRAN MANCH ,INDIA , AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS MNISTRY , INDIA TO TAKE APROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE ABOVE ISSUE .
