HMV established Studio for Talking Books

Jalandhar 10 December (Jaswinder Azad)- A studio for talking books was established in the Drishti Technology Centre of Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya.  The studio was funded and inaugurated by Mr. Arvind Chopra (Director Hind Samachar Group of Newspapers) and Mrs. Seema Chopra, under the Ramesh Chander Memorial Trust.  Principal Dr. Mrs. Ajay Sareen welcomed the guests and appreciated their generosity towards the noble cause.  Mr. Arvind Chopra and Mrs. Seema Chopra appreciated the efforts being done by the college towards the differently abled persons.   They said talking books, enable the visually impaired to keep pace with the outside world.   Principal Dr. Ajay Sareen said that together as a team i.e. the college, NGO Saksham Punjab and Ramesh Chander Memorial Society, a lot can be done in future for the benefit of visually impaired.  On this occasion, Dr. Prem Sagar, Coordinator Drishti, Dr. Ashmeen Kaur, Incharge Drishti and Mrs. Deepika Sood, General Secretary Saksham Punjab were also present.
